Everyone grabed a Cindy, sandbag, K-bell are dumbell
First station was Squat Thursters / Abbs ( PAx Choice) 10 reps
Grab your weight head up on flight of bleachers.
Back down a set of Middle steps.
2nd Station HR/Merks Abbs 10 Reps
Back up the and hit another set of bleachers.
Back down the other Middle steps
3rd station Spartan Burpees / Abbs 10 Reps
Back up the bleachers then to the far corner.
4th station K-bell swings / Abbs 10 reps.
Drop the weight hit the field for a lap around and bak to your weight.
Then start at station 4 and work your wat back to station 1.
Alway carrying the weight except during the run.
Some were vested.
