WarmOrama:
SSH, arm and neck stretches, TTT, runners stretch. Mosey to the pull up bars, stopping at the church for a 60 second walk sit. 5 and dime at the pull up bars and grab a Cindy.

Tha Thang:
Upper body stack workout. Complete the first movement, run to the end of the parking lot and complete 10 knee to elbow each side, then back to the pull up bars. Start with the 1st movement, stack the 2nd, then run again. Keeping adding a movement each time you return. Movements were:

Pull-ups x3
Curls x20
Tri Ext x10
HR merkins x20
Behind Head OHP x20
Shoulder Taps x20 (2 count)
Lawn mowers x20 each side
Dry Docks x10
Blockees x10

Most got to shoulder taps and lawn mowers. A few got further. Spent the last minute doing blockees. Put Cindy up, 5 and dime then back to the flag. Flea lead us in crucible flutters until time.

COT:
Count, name, pledge and prayer. RSVP on 1st F channel for the convergence this Saturday. A couple of us have HC’d and plan to clown car.
