Tha Thang:
Counted off by 4's and divided accordingly assembling with the corresponding 4 Station Commanders. Each Commander led their squad out to their starting station…1 thru 4…for a shotgun start. Each squad had 8 minutes to run to their respective station and begin the posted routine led by the Station Commanders. After 8 minutes, a not-so-very loud airhorn sounded signaling each squad to move on to the next station. Upon completing all 4 stations on the loop, we reconvened at the flag, circled up and performed one last routine.
Station 1: by Zero Turn – Cindi's Required:
Merks
Curls
Tricep Extensions
Overhead Presses
Lawn Mowers (each arm)
U-Hauls
Perform 10 reps each, rinse and repeat until the horn sounds.
Station 2 by Reba: Climbing the Mountian
Hop to the top of the hill
Perform 10 Air Squats at the top of the hill
Backwards Lunge down the hill (slipping, falling, rolling, etc is acceptable)
Perform 10 Air Squats at the bottom of the hill
Rinse and repeat until the horn sounds
Station 3 by TestTube: A Round of Mary
Hold Plank for 1 minute
WW2's
Flutter Kicks
Stapler (Voted Best New Excercise so far in 2026)
V-Ups
Rinse and Repeat until the horn sounds
Station 4 by Clog: Gloves are a Good Idea
Line up on the curb of the parking lot
Bear Crawl to the center line
Perform 10 Air Squats
Lunge on across to the other curb
Bernie (backwards run) back to the starting curb
Rinse and repeat until the horn sounds
That was 32 minutes of non-stop work!
Station 5 by Falcon9: Musical Mashup
Performed to Moby's "Green Sally Up, Green Sally Down" and AC/DC's "Thunderstruck"
We tightened up the circle, spread Cindi's around. The PAX would go into a squat on the "Sally Down" and stand up on the "Sally Up". The PAX holding the Cindi would pass it to the right as he stood up. That PAX would perform the next down Squat holding the Cindi. If it was one of the long "down" squats…that sucked…you had to hold it until the next "Sally Up". Not soon enough, the DJ mashed up "Thunderstruck" requiring a Burpee every time the band sung/said "thunderstruck". The song would eventually go back to Sally and then Thunderstruck. This routine was performed for about 5 minutes.
Great mumblechatter was had. Lots of sweat was seen on the faces and in the shirts!

Prayer requests for the young girl hit and injured in a car v. bike accident in Pooler; Braxton (on life support) and family (Falcon9's nephew); Graduating seniors moving to the next stage of life; Moonpie's Mom recovering from surgery and safe travels as he goes to NJ to visit her; Tucker and Brantley dealing with cancer; Pelosi (PAX) recovering from surgery…praise for the success so far!!; Upcoming events: S4N race and The Murph as a couple of AO's (Pooler and ???); Several PAX from Richmond Hill are moving out of the area…may they be a blessing elsewhere and we're grateful for their contributions they've made to building up the RH AO's!!
