Get two Cindy’s each- ran out and had to grab a couple big hefty girls. Gather at big island. Leave Cindy and meet at edge of parking lot facing pond.
Thunderstruck plank merkins- play Thunderstruck by AC/DC. Hold plank. Every time you hear thunder execute a merkin. When you break plank run to opposite side of parking lot and back
Vinyl with joke of the day- “this is weird coming from someone who doesn’t ever do a full push up”

Tha Thang:
Start at center island. Go whichever direction you want. Mix it up. Farmers carry (those with 2 blocks) around basketball goal island and back to center island. Several PAX had to resort to carrying big girls. Swap off with farmers carrying PAX as needed.
At one point Snuggie was a farmers carrying 2 big girls which led YHC not to have a date.
Not first time a friend of mind was doing too much and left me dateless- ya feel me
Every time you make it back to center island do 5 colosseums (plank jack into groiner). If you need to put blocks down at any point do 5 WW1 sit-ups and 10 squats. Right back in fight.
As time was called we gathered at center island.

Lot of mumble chatter about music. It wasn’t good. Lot of boy band music and some B52s (evidently from Athens GA). AI failed me on that playlist. It was created en route to AO. Some believe that was my playlist and that’s what I listen to as I ride around town

Shared side story. When YHC hosted bar trivia as a part time gig played Love Shack by the B52s. A older lady came up one night and asked me if I knew name of the song. I said yes maam I do. Told me that was the nickname of her college dorm. I hear ya wild thing.
Pergo was not in attendance
Lot of VBX happening locally. Interesting article YHC and Loves read. Article stated nearly 50% of kid who attend VBX(S) are sent by their parents as a means of free child care in summer. 22% of those kids eventually bring their families to church following. Prayers for leaders and attendees
