Setup

Break into teams of 4–5 men.
One man is the “runner.”
The remaining teammates hold a continuous exercise until the runner finishes the full challenge.

Team Exercises

While the runner is completing the course, the rest of the team continuously performs one assigned exercise:

Examples:

Push-ups
Plank hold
Flutter kicks
Sit-ups
Squats
Wall sit

The team may not stop until the runner crosses the finish line.

Runner Challenge Course

The runner begins lying flat in the prone position at the starting line.

On “Go,” the runner completes the following in order:

Sprint 20 yards down and 20 yards back
Lateral shuffle 20 yards down and 20 yards back
Farmer’s carry 20 yards down and 20 yards back
Bear crawl 20 yards down and 20 yards back
Final sprint 20 yards down and 20 yards back

Finish

Time stops when the runner crosses the finish line after the final sprint.
Once the runner finishes, the teammates may stop their exercise.
Rotate to the next runner until every man on the team has completed the challenge.
