Standard Honker Start

Tha Thang:
Cindy's and K-bells already at the circle.
The RZ-2 Spped PT test is as follows
3 – Squat Thrusters
3 – K-bell Swings
3 – Burpee Jump Overs
3 – Sumo Squats
3 – Flutter Kicks W OHP
Run to the goal line and perform a burpees Suicude Run as follows
Goal Line to the 10 – Perform 1 Burpee
Back to the goal line then to the 20 – Perform 1 Burpee
Repeat this to the 30, 40, & 50.
Then back to the circle for the Another exercise round.
Only now is where it gets fun.
Add 1 Rep to each.
Then back to the field for another suicide run. But add 1 more burpee.
Rinse & Repeat for 30 minutes.
Lots of fun was had by all
