-QiC shared the theme of this morning's beatdown: Back to Back. Any body can have a great workout. Anybody can have a great week. The challenge is doing it again. The first workout is motivation. The second workout is discipline. That's what HIMs do. The first championship proves you can win (*UGA National Championship win after the peak of Covid.) The second championship proves the standard has become part of who you are (UGA 2nd Championship – "Finish the Drill"). The second win is actually harder than the first. Q-Source Q3.10 tells us the importance of consistency and routines in our lives as leaders. Consistency begins where motivation ends. Routines = Consistency = Standards = Acceleration.

Naked Moleskin:
PAX showed up in the gloom. Ready or not. Rex growled when greeted. He wanted to take back his HC from last night. YHC did the warmorama 2x – to set the tone for the morning beat down. Kept things simple, working an exercise ladder in descending order: 25, 20, 15, 10, etc. Emphasis on doing things twice. PAX finally started to catch on to the intent of the beatdown. The FNG was a machine. He never slowed down once. Mumble chatter was good, especially when PAX partnered up during the partnered part of the beat down. As HIMs in F3, we are not pursuing occasional excellence. We are pursuing consistency in Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. The Q-Source teaches that strong routines are the framework of consistency and that leaders focus on bandwidth, not perfection. The harvest belongs to the men who keep showing up.

-Galatians 6:9 "Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
