– Snow merks, shift left, slow merks, shift right
– Pass the frisbee while doing mountain Climbers. Do a merkin after you pass the disk.
Tha Thang:
– Count off by 4’s. Each team grabs two cindies. Each team must farmers carry one one lap around the outside of the fields through the parking lot. Each man must farmers carry as far as he can but when he stops for another team member to take over the whole team must do 10 burpees. Each stop after the first results in the burpee count increasing by one.
– Return Cindy home and circle up. Count off by twos for ultimate frisbee.
– ULTIMATE-FRISBEE-O-RAMA: one player from each team remain on the sideline. Every two minutes a time goes off and the two player go in and two others come off the field. While on the sideline players must complete 20 merkins, 20 air squats and 20 big boys.
