Review of the core principle, was hoping for some rain, but it decided to hold off till we got finished.
Tha Thang:
.25 mile loop pinned out with 4 cones laid out. At each cone you had an exercise that you started with a “debt” of 100 reps at. You were free to do as little or as much of the 100 reps as you wanted before moving to the next cone.
The trick is that every time you completed a full lap, your rep count increased by 10 at each station you hadn’t eliminated your debt at yet.
