Part 1: MWL ladder on the field. PAX perform 10 merkins, 10 ww2s, and 10 lunges before shuttle running to 10 yard line. Then 20, 30, etc. Everyone saw how far they could get in 20 minutes, a few were on the round of 70.
Part 2: Dora workout for easier version of the exercises. One partner exercises while the other runs a lap and they switch. Exercises were 100 carolina dry docks, 100 crunches, and 100 air squats.
We even had time for some Mary at the end – boat/canoe, american hammers, flutter kicks, and happy babies.
COT:
NOR, COR, AAR: Hard to keep good form past 10 minutes on first half. Second half was rougher than intended since it hit the same muscle groups. Strange that nobody complained about the Firebird Suite today…
