Partner up – Block 1 (8 minutes) one partner jumps rope while the other does two handed KB swings. rotate after the minute is up. once 8 minutes up grab two KBs and walk around the tree of life.
Block 2 (7 minutes) – this is where Honker left because he had to poo. one minute of step ups and one minute of UG mercs. rotate every minute until time. once the 7 minutes up, grab one KB and waiter carry down to the the top of the circle of the Tree of life and switch hands and return back to start point. finished up with mary
