Neck, shoulder, arm and leg stretches. TTT and SSH.
Tha Thang:
2 min intervals. At the start of the first 2 minutes, do a 3 burpee buy in, then mosey for the remainder of the 2 minutes. To start the 2nd 2 minute interval, do a buy out of 10 merkins, 15 BBS and 20 squats, then walk what is left to recover. Burpee buy in to start the next 2 min, mosey, rinse and repeat.
Got about 2.5 miles in with some solid work along the way. Took an obligatory mosey past “The Stabbin Cabin.” Worked our way back to the flag.
