Did each AMRAP together.
1st stage: Farmer’s carry 20 yards and back
21/15/9: OHP and Big boys
2nd stage: sled push 20 yards and back
21/15/9: bench press and bicycle kicks
3rd stage: Cindy rows
21/15/9: curls and abs (Can’t remember, everything was a blur).
4th stage: lunges with Cindy, 20 yards and back
21/15/9: Bonnie blares and 6in leg speeders
5th stage: Murder bunnies, 20 yards and back
21/15/9: lawn mover pulls and windshield wipers
At the end of each round run to the goal line and back to the 50 yard line.
