We started with Plank while the disclaimer was given, followed by some merks to get the blood flowing! Next we did some Imperial Walkers, chinhooks and motivators from 5. Last, but least we did Bring SALLY UP, Bring SALLY DOWN Merks for the duration of the song!!
Tha Thang:
Pax left the warm up straight into the stadium where almost everyone did a full lap around the bleachers!! The option was given to modify; however all pax were asked to do at least a couple bleachers and most did more than that!! Great work men!!! Next, we lined everyone up from the longest time at F3 to the shortest time and paired them up to run the Fun Run together and keep each other motivated.
COT:
Wrapped up with Pledge and Prayer for all the unspoken prayers and for the two boys fighting cancer – Tucker and Brantley family. Prayed for the country, the leaders and that we give all the thanks to our lord and savior for the blessing we all have.
