Hit the back lot
Start at the Pull up bars.
Perform 10 Plank Jacks as a buy in. (2) Pull-ups
Run to the far corner 10 Plank Jacks (2) Fox-Hole Burpees
Run to the next corner 10 Plank jacks (2) weighted Squats
Run to the last corner 10 Plank Jacks (2) Merks.
Rise & Repeat for 35 minutes Just add (2) to each base exercise each time.
The 10 Plank Jacks always stay the same.
