Kirby has been the LM site Q for over a year – F3 is about leadership development. It's been his privilege to serve and time for the next man up! Puff will become the new Lake Mayer site Q! All are in favor. Puff has been leading already and now officially gets the title. We are excited to see him take us from Betas to Alphas.
