Farmer carrying down Roger’s St looking for Mr. Rogers cause he didn’t post today. We stopped randomly to give ourselves a break by doing 3 blockies and 10 weighted squats. On the way down we rifled carries Bear Crawl Bridge and on the return trip we did bear crawl drags. Through much pain (extra blockies) the pax was taught the mission of F3. F3 is a safe place to fail which did happen (this time). We returned back to base at 5:45 having completed the mission to accelerate our health and learn leadership principles.
