– Talked about not being perfect but always trying to become 1% better each day.
– Spoke with the youth about doing hard stuff that may take you out of your comfort zone
– Discussed emergency plans if we ever had to deal with a medical emergency during a beatdown.
– Spoke about Gigolo (F3 Katy, TX) who had a fatal heart attack in the parking lot following a beatdown about 2 weeks ago. He was 47 years old.
– Spoke about health issues with our loved ones and staying vigilant as we deal with those challenges
– Closed out in prayer for guidance, direction, family, health, and being better men for our wives, kids, families, and ourselves.
