10 stations in a circle consisting of SSH, curls, Imperial walkers, OHP, LBC, Lawn mowers, Hillbillies, Chest Press, Blockees, Squats. One pax was the timer and farmer carried cindy to a set distance and moseyed back. Next pax moseyed to cindy and carried them back. Each time pax rotated through the exercises. Made it around twice with a short mosey halfway through.

Good to have 2 FNG's today. Merlot was splashed, but the freshly cleaned parking lot was not harmed.
