Run to the play ground for a DORA workout.
Partner 1 runs to the yellow gate while partner 2 performs the following.
50 pull ups – 100 Merkins – 150 squats
rotate until the reps are complete.
F3 Poker:
Run back to the field for poker. Break out into 3 teams.
Each team must send a member via bear craw to fetch 5 cards from the center of the field.
If the team folds, there is a 10 burpee penalty. The teams that stay and lose have to perform the exercises listed on the winning hand.
