At middle- 10 WW1 sit-ups and 5 colosseums. Continue rifle carry to corner diagonal from starting point. 15 curls for curls on Q. Jail break to corner nearest pond. 15 Carolina Dry Docks. Lt Dan walk diagonally towards corner by playground. Stop at center and complete 10 WW1 on Q and 5 colosseums OYO. Continue Lt Dan Walk to diagonal corner. 15 calf raises on Q.
Run full course backwards. After completing station 1 jail break to fence by playground and back.
