Countdown hit zero, dark sky, no delay,
2Stroke, Rosie, Poodles launched into the day.
Boots hit the pavement, thrusters cold but firing,
Footlong right there too, no fanfare, just conspiring.
Not far into the burn, the sky went bright and loud —
a Falcon9 tore through the dark, stealing the crowd.
We watched it climb to orbit, trail still hanging there,
Then we throttled back to business, mumblechatter filling the air.
Some pax burned like first stage, fast then held the pace,
Some just kept it steady, slow and steady wins the race.
Miles kept stacking orbits 'til the work was through and done,
Then Footlong checked his wrist — "New Max HR, boys, mission won!"
Good miles, good crew, escaped gravity's pull today —
Rocket cleared the tower, and so did we, F3 all the way.
