Simple tribute to the late great Dolly Parton, working 9 to 5
Round 1 – (9) Off Set Merkins to (5) Burpees
Round 2 – (9) WW III's on Q to (5) Blockees
Round 3 – (9) Squats w/ Block IC to (5) Triple Merk Burpees
Round 4 – (9) Diesel Pumpers on Q to (5) Man Maker Merkins
Round 5 – (9) U-Hauls IC to (5) Body Builders (8ct w/ Plank Jack)
Following the round Pax got on to their six for some Hello Dollies IC, timer held two KB Sand Bags at their chest and went for the "Dolly Walk" to the stop sign and back. Rinse and repeat until all Pax complete the Dolly Walk.
Group went through a 2nd full round of the 9 to 5 then close out with some Mary.
All had fun, all were 1% better for it.
