Today is a day for remembering the events that occurred 25 years ago and honoring the innocent lives that were taken because of those tragic events.
As we circled up by the flag with Cindy, we each called out our favorite or least favorite exercise with Cindy for 9 or 11 reps.
Most did 11 reps or 9 on each side.

Then we took to the football field for 20 minutes of ultimate frisbee – thank you Duke for the frisbees.
