Bluey led us in multiple exercises to condition us for the stairs.
Tha Thang:
We took on 2,200 stairs at Wildcat Stadium to honor the FDNY who ran up the World Trade Centers on September 11, 2001 – 25 years ago.
After most of them we came to ground zero(center field) and conducted some American style exercises and then commenced the COT for time sake.
COT:
Spoke from Hebrews 11 about how Moses chose to suffer with his people rather than enjoy the fleeting pleasures of the world. Every time we suffer and reject the pleasures of this life we create room in our life for others and self control to go the distance.
That’s what the men of 9/11/2001 did for the terror attack victims. They gave all for their duty to fellow man. The F3 Creedo is not made to stay on paper but to live out in the trenches of life.
We leave no man behind, but we leave no man where we found them.
