Start off in Plank position while the disclaimer was provided followed by 5 slow count merks. Next we did imperial walkers, motivators from 5, Triple T's.
Tha Thang:
Next we (as a group) moseyed to each station for the "Fun Run" demo/walk through. Corner 1 – 10 Burpees / 10 LBCs We of course got the Cindy's @ corner 2 where we had to do 20 regular merks for today & 20 LBCs. Next to corner where we had to do 30 squats w/ Cindy and 30 LBCs. Last, we proceeded to corner 4 where we had to perform 40 Mountain Climbers and 40 LBCs. After this, we were ready to hit it hard for 25 minutes!! Everyone did really well and it was actually "Fun" having a great group on Labor Day!!
