No Gloves Tuesday, like no others!
Legs were shaking, soreness and groaning,
From BC’s leg day yesterday morning.
Four came running, brave and spunky,
Morning air was warm and funky.
Two Stroke set the pace and distance,
Running past all self-resistance!
Nearly seven miles he hammered,
Left the rest of us enamored.
Betty Crocker, held steady pace,
Always with a disgruntled face.
HAL was flying his legs a flutter,
Running smooth as peanut butter.
Dinghy rolled along beside them,
No sore legs could ever slow him!
Four men finished strong together,
Tougher than the humid weather!
We survived the pavement pounding,
Now the high fives are resounding!
