Modifications were made as necessary: (not in actual order of being drawn) Sumo Squats, Pickle Pushers, Bonnie Blairs, Squirrels, Murder Bunnies modified to Bear Crawls, Flutter Kicks, Dolly's, Hand Release Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Thrusters (no block), Merkins, Kettle Bells modified to Depth Charges, Squats, American Hammers, Gas Pumpers modified to Diesel Pumpers, Overhead Presses modified to Seal Claps, UHauls modified to Carolina Drydocks, Jon Boats (in memory of Quickrete), Git Ups, Skull Crushers modified to Bear Crawls and the final draw was the Burpee…how fitting!
