THE WEDDING RING
PAX form a circle around the parking-lot island/curb, each man taking a position facing the curb.
COLD FEET — 250 Total Reps
1. 50 Step-Ups
Alternate the lead foot each rep: up-up, down-down. Keep moving quickly and under control.
2. 50 Step-Up High Knees
Step onto the curb → drive the opposite knee high → step down → alternate.
25 each lead leg.
3. 50 Lateral Step-Ups — Left
Left side toward the curb. Step up and down under control.
4. 50 Lateral Step-Ups — Right
Right side toward the curb.
5. 50 Alternating Step-Downs
Start with both feet on the curb. Step down → feet together → step backward onto the curb → feet together. Alternate the lead foot each rep.
👰 Meanwhile… BRIDEZILLA!
While PAX work through Cold Feet, the 117-pound Bridezilla travels around the Wedding Ring.
3 laps clockwise → Bride returns to the Best Man/Q → REVERSE → 3 laps counterclockwise.
Each PAX carries Bridezilla to the next man, safely hands off 117 pounds of commitment, returns to his spot, and resumes Cold Feet.
🏃 RUNAWAY BRIDE
After Cold Feet → run to the dumpster and back to the Wedding Ring.
