Family Feud
Pax were divided into 2 Teams and competed in a series of events:
Bear Crawl Cindy Relay
All Cindys at one end of the parking lot.
Pax form a line 3 parking spaces apart.
1st Pax Bear Crawl Cindy Drags the first cindy to the next man, then returns for another.
Cindys are passed in this fashion from Pax to Pax until all cindys reach the other end of the lot, then returned in the same manner.
1st Team to retirn all cindys to the start wins.
Cardone was so powerful he smashed a thick wall cinder block with his bare hands.
Flying V
All Pax start in the center of the parking lot. Each team has a set of 2 cone forming a V with the center cone. Start at the center with 3 Burpees, then shuffle to cone 1, perform 20 Merkins, back to center for 3 Burpees, then to cone 2 for 20 Squats. Rinse and repeat decreasing Merkin/Squat reps by 2 each time, 3 Burpees at the center each time. 1st Team to complete 6 rounds was the winner.
