Station 1: The HC Shuffle
PAX repeatedly committed to the next station before changing their minds.
Station 2: The Invisible Coupon Carry
Each PAX carried an imaginary 80-pound cinderblock approximately 200 yards. Excellent form reported by all participants.
Station 3: The 1% Better Challenge
10 full-range Merkins were prescribed. Participants discovered that performing quarter reps increased productivity by 300%.
Station 4: The Acceleration Station
PAX stood completely still while debating whether they were accelerating or decelerating.
Station 5: The Fun Run
PAX completed 47 laps without leaving the parking space. New AO record.
