3 Quarters of the 2019 F3 Savannah Challenge

As we head into the final stretch of 2019, there is still plenty of opportunity for the PAX of F3 Savannah to complete some of the challenges for the year. Here is the current status, noting that the data is only as good as the Q’s who have taken responsibility to enter the details. There are likely several events that have not been logged, but speak to your AO or Site Q’s if you feel you are being short changed. Or enter your own events … anyone can submit.

Challenge #1: Q 10 workouts in 2019 with a backblast

F3 Objective: Lead. Take Responsibility. Create a plan and execute it. Push other men to accelerate. Create a public record.

Why write a backblast: Promotes the active nature of F3 Savannah for potential FNGs, provides workout ideas for future Q’s, gives props to the PAX that did post, shames PAX who didn’t post
