Cold Brisk morning of Nov 11, 2019 brought out 12 brave comrades in honor of our Veterans ‘s day. Starting with a few warmups and disclosure we moved to collect the cindys.
With help from Sherman bringing the music and speaker we played in honor of each branch their theme song and another Patriotic song, back to back. Each branch and corresponding song represented a different muscle group, all the while either running in place or performing the exercise called out.
Coast Guard started us off with a mix of all the areas, using burpees (flyover), Side Straddle Hops, plank Jacks, High Knee, Mountain climbers etc.
Army- Strength- Block Curls, Lawn Mowers, Overhead press, and Kettle bells
Marines-Core- LBC, Boxcutters, WWII /w blocks, and Gas pumps
Air Force-Cardio- SS Hop, burpees, Hillbilly, and getups
Navy-Legs- Step lunges, Algore, Monkey Humpers, squats w/blocks.
Ended with COT- Big Thanks to our Vets who was there. Swabbie (Marine), Mullet (Air Force), Noodles (Us Army).
