F3 Mental Battle Day 2020

March 27 was F3 Mental Battle Day (as described here: https://f3thefort.com/2020/02/26/f3-mental-battle-day-2020-3-27-2020/). Some Pooler PAX have been following a 100 merkin/100 LBC per day challenge for the month, and this workout is a special routine intended to raise awareness of mental health issues that may be affecting ourselves, or fellow PAX, or our loved ones. YHC adapted the suggested workout just a bit to add a Pooler accent and combine it with an old-school Friday run. A coupon was recommended, plus a roughly 1.5 mile run course.

Six PAX and a 2.0 were known to have posted.
