Introduced my "unexpected" element of today … a country music playlist. It was awful. I seriously don't understand how that is motivating to anyone during a workout, but to each his own. Here is the evidence of said playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6fvLnIrBW680vip9yMSCXG?si=3c5ba7bf12f8400d

4 cones in a 25 yds square. Circle up within the cones.
Perform 20 reps (or 15 as noted) of the exercise below, then take a FWD/R Side Shuffle/Backward/L Side Shuffle lap around the cones. Return to the circle for another 20 reps.

Round 1: Cindy Curls for 6 minutes
Round 2: Cindy Squats for 6 minutes
Round 3: Merkins (15 reps) for 4 minutes – encouraged PAX to change between Std, Wide, Diamonds between sets
Round 4: Overhead Press for 3.5 minutes

In between rounds 2 and 3, run the Home Bleachers.

And for the last time this week, Slaughter Finish +1 to get 42 burpees in today's workout (as we did every other day this week).

Awesome to have @Bluey from Richmond Hill join us today!

AAR for the week: Fun Q'ing this whole week (including the Underground Tues/Thur). It is challenging to bring the heat everyday 5 days in a row (mainly because I'm smoked), but it's an honor to lead in a way that challenges me. Thanks for the opportunity. There were a few noted improvements that could be made to each workout as always, today's shortcoming was not planning for 14 PAX (I only pre-arranged 12 Cindy's).

Prayer's for Litter Box's M's back.
