The Thang

Ring around the Rosey – Partner up, one partner moseys around the parking lane grass strip while the other sprints in the opposite direction. When you pass each other, flip flop the sprint & mosey. Pass each other 10 times, should work out to 5 sprints.

Circle up at the flag. Spell your F3 name workout. YHC would call a PAX to be in the middle of the circle. That PAX will Q the exercises for his name. Exercises per letter are:

Honker went first. He tried to just do Honk, but we reminded him how to spell.

Gilligan was up next. Who knew the word Gilligan had so many repeating letters. Thankfully he modified the spelling (and therefore pronunciation) to Giligan.

12 for the countarama, 5 respects for the namearama (Doughboy is practically there though), Q Source today at noon, Murph tomorrow at Forsyth with Savannah or Monday in Pooler, and praise for Mullet landing a new job, though that means he’ll be leaving us soon. We know he’ll post with us when he’s back in town, and hopefully will get to know F3 Indianapolis very soon.

AAR

This is the 2nd time YHC has done the spell your F3 name workout (1st time here). After Action Report from the 1st time resulted in decreasing the reps on the burpees, but I think I overshot as we didn’t do many at all today. Next time, the back-2-back wall sits need reduced time for the longer duration ones. Recommend doing 30 second increments instead of 1 minute.
