Back to School Billy Maddison Style

YHC is glad to take a Theme Week workout, and with kids in school buses and traffic is slow moving everywhere in the mornings it must be Back to School time.  11 PAX also went back to school starting in Nursery School and moving through all 12 grades before graduating.

SSH x 30 IC, Imperial Walkers x 15 IC, MNC x 15 IC, Chinook x 20

Thang

Line up at starting line. Begin with crawling, bear style, to each peninsula in the parking lot (100 yds). At each peninsula complete that grade’s exercise with the number of reps corresponding to that grade.  All grades build on the previous grade’s work and must complete each of the previous exercises before completing the new grade. After 3 grades are completed switch to Lunges, then Bunny Hops, lastly Sprints. Each grade’s exercises are:

1- 30 Sec. Plank

2- Batman Crunch

3- Peter Parker/Parker Peter

4- Air Squat 4-Ct

5- Bonnie Blairs

6- Scorpion Dry Docks

7- Big Boy Sit-ups 

8- Merkins

9- Plank Jacks

10- Squat Jumps

11- SSH

12- Burpees 

All grades were completed and graduation was memorable. YHC did observe some cheating, mostly by himself, but still managed to graduate but barely.
