13 pax subjected themselves to the relentless torture of week 3 Ian Pax. It was hot and humid but were used to it. Yes YHC knows its supposed to be week 3 , but weak seemed appropriate.

Iron Pax challenge week 3
All Pax were gassed at the end of the prescribed 30 min. The decision to workout in the grass was a big help. Especially with the hand release merkins and burpees. YHC needs to get a new playlist since Rick Astley came up twice. Much moaning and groaning followed.
